Every time I go into the office I get great service. Renewing CD’s has been quick and easy. Great rates. Patti was great to work worth. Cascade office.
I used to love consumers credit union, and getting my 4% on a high-yield savings account. The more I’ve used this bank the more issues I’ve run into unlike any other banks. Their ATMs never accept cash deposits unless you pull up a teller. If you put money into the high-yield savings account that surpasses the $15,000 limit, you might as well have a separate account that you’re paying your bills out of but then you run into not seeing when your balance is low and pay a bill and there goes a $35 NSF fee Which is practically t... read more
Where I madee the mistake in opening a checking account thinking Consumers in Denver and Michigan were the same one I found out that they are two separates banking institutions so I had to remove the money I had deposited but I still have my savings with you and car loan. Hopefully when the house is sold I will be able to pay off my truck. However I woud like to say, your employees were very friendly and helpful
