I've had a great experience at the carol stream branch Sabrina is always my go to person she consistently makes me feel valued as member and takes the time to help with anything I need. The entire staff there is unbelievable: friendly professional and genuinely caring Because of the service I've received I've recommended this branch to all of my family and friends highly recommend
Waiting for my new card since the merge in February with KCT. It's May now. I guess they sent it out after I called, but only one made it here. By that time a new one was on its way so it was useless. That new one hasn't arrived for 3 weeks now. I don't have issues with my other mail.
George is a piece of work.. First, I wait over 20 minutes for the first person to pick up the phone call. Then when he does, he has nothing to do with auto loans so he has to transfer me to the loan department after I've waited for over 20 minutes for the first person to answer the call.
