Terrible customer service. Been on phone for 30 mins without getting my issue resolved. Ping-ponging from 1 department to another.
I have been banking with Consumers for over ten years. Have gotten multiple auto loans and never had a problem. My first loan with them was after a divorce and bankruptcy. No problems getting that first loan and even got a pretty good rate considering my credit. I traveled all the way up to Gurnee. Happy to have one in Carol Stream 5 minutes from where I live.
