Excellent financial institution offering competitive rates on a variety of loans with easy-to-understand terms and repayment options. Drive-through ATM's are just as good as seeing tellers in person to get your business transactions handled quickly and efficiently. I had been skeptical of Credit Unions before coming here, but I'm skeptical no more! Plenty of branches for service, or go online.
Always get great service at the Plainfield branch.
I am deeply disappointed with the way I have been treated by this credit union. As an African American customer, I have faced numerous challenges and unnecessary obstacles, especially as I was nearing the end of my loan repayment. The consistent rudeness and unprofessional behavior directed towards me are unacceptable. I strongly advise others to consider alternative financial institutions that respect and value their customers. They also will not let me know where my vechile is located.
