I rarely need to go into the store for anything since the app on the phone and the online presence are so helpful. But when I do have to go into the office, you can tell the employees love working for Consumers Credit Union and they enjoy making their customers happy.
I had been wanting to change up my banking institution, so glad I did. When I entered the lobby I felt like I was going into a coffee shop. Morgan was sitting at the gathering table in the lobby on her laptop. Told her I would like to open an account, and we proceeded into an office. She was so fast and friendly.
