I am deeply disappointed with the way I have been treated by this credit union. As an African American customer, I have faced numerous challenges and unnecessary obstacles, especially as I was nearing the end of my loan repayment. The consistent rudeness and unprofessional behavior directed towards me are unacceptable. I strongly advise others to consider alternative financial institutions that respect and value their customers. They also will not let me know where my vechile is located.
The staff was pleasant easy to deal with. They help me review my accounts in a timely manner I would recommend, Consumers credit Union to anyone

I was in quite a pinch and forced to change financial institutions due to technical difficult from my prior. I wandered in and met Sarah T and she was able to get me an account set up very quickly and easily. She was very polite and helpful. I love the ability they have to make a debit card for you same day as well as the online banking and app features. The brick and mortar location is very up to date technology wise and honestly feels kinda fancy. I’m happy to have joined!
Won't use this Plainfield location again. I was very fruatrated with the unproffesional attitude of office manager. She dropped the ball on this one. Promised to get back with me in two hour. Day later i had to go inand find out what was going on. I was frustrated. Member there for ten years.
