Tried to take 1k out so i go inside and the lady virgina told me to go use the ITM and talk to someone there because it was "easier" for her since she didn't want to get up and use the other register that actually had money across from her- im gonna switch banks that was ridiculous keep in mind there was no other customers in lobby- WILD-

Don’t do business here, they are very understaffed and won’t really help you and will give you the run around until you just give up and close your account, some of the good reviews on here are coming from current employees, they don’t do international wire transfers and Zelle doesn’t work more than half the time. Lastly, fraud is happening a lot too with their online banking which is not super secure. There are better financial institutions to choose from.
