The guy in there made me feel uncomfortable and kinda made fun of he joked saying “it must be hard” when he had seen my account I have a chase account as well and they are always great but Thank you to the girl that helped me with my situation I think her name was Jocelyn she was great. Other than that its mediocre customer service.
Definitely gone downhill A LOT since I joined in the late '90s. They used to care about their members, now they only care about making a profit. Used to have tellers that were helpful & kind, now they have video tellers that only care about rushing thru your transaction. ATM at this location likes to eat up your money/not accept it as a deposit.
Tried to take 1k out so i go inside and the lady virgina told me to go use the ITM and talk to someone there because it was "easier" for her since she didn't want to get up and use the other register that actually had money across from her- im gonna switch banks that was ridiculous keep in mind there was no other customers in lobby- WILD-
