This place sucks. Aside from a horrible app, there’s no one available to help. I waited for a half an hour before I walked out.

The guy in there made me feel uncomfortable and kinda made fun of he joked saying “it must be hard” when he had seen my account I have a chase account as well and they are always great but Thank you to the girl that helped me with my situation I think her name was Jocelyn she was great. Other than that its mediocre customer service.
