The most rude secretary/office lady EVER. We canceled our service simply due to her lack of professionalism and extremely disrespectful tone. She lied about her name when me and my husband asked her each time so not sure of her name but wow I have never been treated like that by a business. After 2 years of not charging us a rental fee, they randomly started charging us. The original agreement was that we wouldn’t pay a rental fee as long as we got propane from them. Accounts receivable representatives are rude and don't give the impression that they care about their customers. We weren't even ask why we switched companies when we called to have their propane tank picked up, (although this person was nice). My advise would be to hire customer service representatives that take their roles seriously.
