Don’t take your bottles back there they have no idea how to count. I had four full 24 packs of cans along with minimum 150 water bottles and she gave me $5.40. The cans alone would be 4.80 hire people that know how to count smh
I visited the French Road location with my 21-year-old daughter and was refused a sale because she didn’t have her ID, even though I was the purchaser. We went home to get her ID and returned, but the second interaction was even worse. When I asked for clarification, staff repeatedly said it was “NYS law” requiring her ID. That is not accurate — many stores (including Wegmans and Tops) only require ID from the purchaser.
