You get some good information, however the insurance company pays them to talk you out of surgery. The second opinion from their doctor read as if the doctor didn't look at any of my imaging or even read the MRI report. The second opinion was a complete 180 from the MRI....when I asked why their doctor's opinion didn't match the report, there was no answer. My nurse ally was great, the second opinion terrible.....and I haven't received the incentive for using the program. It takes serious time, you have to be enrolled 30 day... read more
