If I could rate this company zero stars I would. I'm not sure how this business is even open or why Home Serve is using it for services. Todd of Consumer Plumbing is a lifesaver!!! Imagine my horror at finding the massive backup in our basement drain, including some lovely 💩💩💩 floating around in the disgusting water! After calling Homeserve (insurance provider), I received a call from Todd stating he would be here within an hour. An hour and a half after his arrival the problem was resolved! I had a problem for a month. Called 2 different companies but the problem continued. Todd came and detected the problem in less than 10 minutes. Fixed it in an hour and a half. Unbelievable knowledge and highly professional. Also, it was Saturday morning when snow wasn't cleaned yet. If I think how to describe Consumer Plumbing, probably the closest way would be Red Army entering Berlin 1945!
