While normally dependable, they have made my family of five wait for 4 days for Propane. Our tank is completely empty and they are aware of this. They are helping with the flood victims of Missouri, which is great, but they are neglecting their devoted customers in the process. Their prices are also a little high and customer service seems to have lost its meaning. In one word... disappointing!!!
