My experience with Consumer Legal Services LLC communication was a bit delayed at first. In regards in receiving a response, but they did follow up with a note a few days later. I understand that schedules can get busy. One suggestion for others is to use the “Contact Us” form on their website rather than direct email, as that may be a more reliable way to reach them. Overall, they were professional once contact was established.
I reached out to numerous Attorneys regarding bankruptcy and none even took my call. She took my call and even worked with me late night. There was a deadline to potentially file the last day of the month. She tried everything to assist me. She showed compassion and was very honest in her assessment. It was evident she is passionate about helping others. Her follow up was impeccable. Thank you for your assistance. Highly recommended.
They were very helpful with me when I noticed I had credit fraud and Identity theft. They walked you through every step away what goes on and are We’re very helpful with fixing the issues I had because the credit fraud.
