I needed help asap with a legal financial matter that has been a nightmare for a long time. She took her time to listen to me and make me feel at ease with her solution. In my opinion, the fees charged were excessive relative to the work performed. My mother's foreclosure case resulted in substantial committee and legal fees that significantly reduced the funds she received. We were disappointed that there appeared to be little flexibility regarding fee reductions or payment arrangements

My experience with Consumer Legal Services LLC communication was a bit delayed at first. In regards in receiving a response, but they did follow up with a note a few days later. I understand that schedules can get busy. One suggestion for others is to use the “Contact Us” form on their website rather than direct email, as that may be a more reliable way to reach them. Overall, they were professional once contact was established.

I reached out to numerous Attorneys regarding bankruptcy and none even took my call. She took my call and even worked with me late night. There was a deadline to potentially file the last day of the month. She tried everything to assist me. She showed compassion and was very honest in her assessment. It was evident she is passionate about helping others. Her follow up was impeccable. Thank you for your assistance. Highly recommended.
