One star for effort only. This company is relentless calling repeatedly, even after asking them not to call. Hang up and they call right back. Originally I signed up with them and immediately the electric rates had dropped and we ended up paying a lot more.

Heather, I am shocked that you would send this request after our last conversation. You were a complete disappointment in customer service! I spent many hours pleading for you to help me and you just drug this situation out until our relationship was severed. I notified you immediately that there was a problem with your representative misrepresenting a situation that was not correct. Contacted CES about Agera taking over a utility account too early. CES reps were very quick to diagnose the issues and to assure me that it was an Agera error and that it would be corrected. A subsequent call told me that it was all taken care of but I have not, however, had any communication from either Agera or from the utility company about refunding me the charges I was billed for the supposed early termination.
