So many one star reviews so I may as well add another. I’m so sick of all these commercials coming into my home one after the other and again and again and again enough is enough stop it. I and everyone I know would never ever go to consumer cellular.

Terrible customer service. Called to find out some information about switching over from t mobile. Representative was totally blank. Knew nothing. Really not interested in helping me at all. One word answers. Not a good impression at all. Terrible job
I didn’t use this office to setup my service. I called a live agent. Their customer support was so excellent I had to find a place to leave my review. The agents were patient, kind and professional. My intake agent was very helpful and knowledgeable. My eSim agent was phenomenal! She walked me through every step of the transfer process. We are 10-Year plus Consumer Cellular Customers, who transitioned from AT&T, and recently Upgraded & requested a Trade-In on one of our iPhone 14 Pro phones to iPhone 16 Pro Max, phone, of which, we have previously done multiple times via Consumer Cellular, e.g., iPhone 10 XR to iPhone 14 Pro.
