Staff is extremely helpful and polite. The amount and complexity of paperwork is easy to understand and complete. The staff work to improve Steven's life not make it more complicated and stressful. Thank you all very much for all you do.
Zero stars!!! Since their "restructuring" I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. You cannot get them to answer the phone. Two people in the office cannot agree with how to fill out a timesheet. I am sitting here filling out a formal complaint with Medicaid, and the State fraud Division right now because of Tim's actions today and other problems in the last month.
Great place to work with amazing clients to care for.
