this was probably the worst experience i have had with a contractor. didn't meet any deadlines, took way longer on project which cost me w carrying costs, lied time after time. do not walk away, run from this guy.
Do not use this GC. Makes lots of empty promises and asks money in advance, does not finish on time.
Absolutely bad general contractor. He always low bids and brings 100s of rework orders, stops working, lies. His strategy is to take money in advance for 2-3 items which he never finishes and asks for 3rd and then will do half of first work and then simply vanishes for few weeks.He takes money from other people and does his own work. Pure conflict of interest. He owns few other companies such as Consumer Constructions, Leap Builders (10 properties owned by this company), SunShore, SIMI constructions. He is perpetual liar. The professionalism and completion of my construction of a new kitchen and two bathrooms was outstanding. The designs thought out with all of the little incidentals which made my job special. It was a pleasure to work with Consumer Builders. The outcome including ceramic tile work, wood flooring, sheetrock, molding and paint looks great. Kevin
