I’m very disappointed in the service I received from Consulting Services! The lack of professionalism and concern have been a challenge for me to accept! An apology goes a long ways! When I brought my concerns up they were dismissed! Now when my 2019 taxes are finally completed in Jan of 2021 with a $3500 refund error and no apology is given I find myself hurt and upset!
