Here we go. Intentionally wanted to wait before uploading my review to show results from the PIA. Enrolled in the course early 2024 and bought first property Jan 2025 and the next one in March 2025. Since January both houses combined have increased in equity. Well worth the price paid to join the course!

I just finished PK Gupta’s Property Investment Accelerator course and it was honestly really helpful. The content is comprehensive and very practical—everything is explained in a simple way that actually makes sense. I’ve learnt a lot about property investing—what to do, what to look out for, and how to go about each step properly. It’s given me more confidence and made things feel a lot less overwhelming. I’m keen to keep learning and excited for what’s ahead!
