For the record, if I could leave a 5/5 star review for ONLY the physicians, I would. My review for the front office staff & receptionists would be 0/5. Beware of the front office staff, every time I check-in they’re rude and condescending. I truly dread coming here but absolutely love my doctor! I’ve never been around a front office staff that seems so miserable to be working with patients. I’ve been a patient at Women’s Healthcare Consultants for two years and have always had good experiences with my well-woman visits. The staff has been kind, and I’ve never had an issue with routine care. However, after recently finding out I’m pregnant, I’ve had a difficult time getting someone to call me back.
