Concerningly poor communication, both in front office and in provider practice.
Most useless front desk staff I ever had to deal with. They never answer my question, never call me when I need them to call me. They are just useless.
Very unprofessional staff and rude. Zero respect for patients. That attitude starts from the top, right down. Find another office that cares. Look at the rest of the reviews and see.
Complete waste of time. Waited an hour while the waiting room cleared out multiple times I’ll be sure to file a claim with my credit card company for the $45 deductible you charge me. Never go here.
