I had a 3:15 p.m. appointment, checked in at 3:05, and was not called back until 4:13. I finally saw the doctor at 4:35 for about four minutes, followed by approximately three minutes with the sleep technician, and left the building at 4:47. In total, I spent 1 hour and 42 minutes at the office for roughly seven minutes of actual clinical interaction. I would never recommend this group. Very unprofessional. Terrible communication, lack of follow-up, billing issues, insurance issues, and difficult to even get a return call.

To be fair, when I finally met with the doctor after waiting almost an hour in the waiting room, he was kind and attentive. However, I first tried to schedule with them on April 14th 2025, and had to call a week later to actually make an appointment for June 3rd (they never called me back). And now I have to wait 6 weeks after my sleep study to have another appointment to hear the results. This will be a total of 4 months from the first call to getting the diagnosis.
