Went on a referral from my primary. The doctor I saw was incredibly dismissive and in a hurry to get me out the door. When I asked if she even wanted to take a look given my concerning symptoms, she complained that everything was taking too much time. I told her it wasn't like I wanted someone down there but given the bleeding, I just wanted to be sure. If I could give a ZERO i would. Dr Chen and his staff is SOOOOO unprofessional! Don't waste your time or money! I was scheduled for a colonoscopy, I have had one before so I always knew what to do. But they called me and said that they charge $150 deposit. I get there to get the colonoscopy done and because I had taken my morning meds with VERY LITTLE water they refused to do my colonoscopy! This place is ridiculous!! And the Doctor is unprofessional.
