I paid my copay on the date of service. I now have a collection agency contacting me to pay a copay. I called the billing department and spoke to Connie. Told her what was going on and she said you need to talk to Debbie Baker. I left NUMEROUS voice mails asking her to contact me starting on Monday, June 22.
