My furnace wasn't working so I called Enercare to set up an appointment. The window was from 4 to 8 pm. Ajay Bhandu was the tech who came. He called to let me know he was on his way. After checking the furnace and finding nothing wrong, he checked the thermostat and that was the problem so he changed it for me. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Ajay!!!
