Paul , the driver, was great! On time, in fact 10 minutes early, willing to wait due to train delays, very professional, called in advance to coordinate exact pick up spot, managed to get 10 pieces of luggage like tetris in the back, and got all 7 of us from Union to Niagara Falls safe and sound and comfortably. The car was also very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend.

I used Consulate Limousine for my bachelorette weekend and the quality and service was impeccable. Paul, our driver was helpful, courteous, and a great communicator. When our itinerary changed, he was quick to meet us earlier or later at any given time. He was also super accommodating with the Bluetooth option in the limousine. Wonderful experience with Consulate Limousine. I received professional and quick response to my questions. They even followed-up with me when I had to reschedule due to weather. Our tavels took us to Niagara on the Lake from Toronto. Our driver, Paul, drove really well and navigated safely through all the traffic. We felt safe and comfortable in the Lincoln Town Car. I would use this service again.
