Maria, April, and Christine worked together to make my wife’s therapy experience great. The PT staff was very attentive and performed the exercises in a very professional manner. The LPN staff was great, the room was always clean, the beds had clean sheets, and my wife had all the help she needed getting dressed and bathing. I would give the food a C+ understanding that hospital food is not always the best. They do the they can.
This place is nothing short of an abomination. Absolutely disgusting individuals who don't take care of their patients. How are you even allowed to have the pleasure of caring for people who are vulnerable? I had to send the fire department to your facility because your nursing staff absolutely refuse to answer my mother, who is a diabetic, to remind you that she needed her insulin. Are you kidding? Please don't send your loved ones to this despicable place. Unprofessional!
The food here is better than the Seventh-day Adventists facilities, and also have some decent TV channels, which is important to pass the time for someone who is locked up. My mother got sent here because she didn't meet the Covid vaccine requirements, by her personal choice and that is the reason way she ended up in a lower starred facility for a 20 day physical therapy stay for some spine issues. Worse nursing home I’ve ever been too! Came in for one agency shift & will never return. They don’t even own any supplies , just re use everything thing … very nasty . nasty attitude & messy staff who gets aggravated when asked for help. They expect you to already know the residents care plan off the top of your head
