My father was in rehab twice at Consulate and they never give you correct information. They stated there was a 3 hour window with medicine and many times my mother was there for 8 hours or more and he never received any meds. He takes meds 4 times a day. Also, appointments were supposed to be made for specialist and they never bothered to tell us one was never made because they had been on hold too long. We had someone in facility on hospice services. The staff worked well with hospice staff and family to ensure patients needs were well taken care of.

If I could give this place a minus 10 I would! This is the most unprofessional place I have ever witnessed. The staff are rude and always short staffed. Two Saturdays ago, they had one nurse to show up for work and she had to take care of the patients and serve food.The patients did not get their medication, because their wS nobody there authorized to distribute medicine. My mother had to wait hours for her medication, that should have been given to her that morning. As well as the other patients.They have let my mother lay ... read more
