Do not take a family member here if they need pain management. My wife was transferred from Sentara Careplex , with a broken leg and fighting an infection, around 12:30 pm. We knew by 9: 00 pm we needed to get her out of this facility She received 1/2 her pain meds around 4:00, 3 hours late. She was due soon after arrival but know one seemed capable of providing what was needed. Twice during the day I had to give the pain pills she needed because they were not.
