Anybody who believes positive shill reviews about Consulate, deserves what they get. A lousy judge saved them from going out of business, after they lost a lawsuit (one of many). In a perfect world, these people would be behind bars or deported. Christ, taking advantage or abusing people during some of the worst times of their lives.
My husband was admitted to this facility following knee surgery. Everyone was wonderful and the therapy was excellent. I would recommend Consulate to anyone needing rehabilitation following a hospital stay.
