What can I say. Although there are some kind and compasionate aids working at the Consulate Health Care Facility in Vero Beach Fl, on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the worse and 10 the best I would have to rate this place a ZERO!!!! They are terribly understaffed. My ballpark figure may be 1 aid to every 30 residents. The people here don't take 2 minutes out of their day to get to know the patient and their individual needs.
