Very disappointed in the treatment of my friend who is unable to care for himself. He was left filthy for over 3 hours and no one would help us. I tried to call the house supervisor and got no answer. Called again and whoever answered hung up on me. Called a 3rd time and Shannon answered. Sad that our disabled are treated this way.
