Dr. Mendez and her staff are wonderful. She always takes time with me and listens to what I have to say. I never feel rushed and she's always willing to help or refer me to a specialist if needed. I highly recommend her and will continue her as my PCP.
She does not follow up with patients tests, I've been waiting over a year for a breathing test even though she said she put orders in. I just switched doctors and my new doctor put an order in for the same test and the next day I received a call for the exact test. She diagnosed me with COPD and had me take an $800 medication did not try and prescribe a cheaper inhaler, I do not have COPD .
