We recently took ownership to our new 4500 square foot space, Pockets Full of Sunshine and had aggressive demands and Ideas to demo most of the offices and configure it to suit our needs. I have used Jeff and his Team at CMCS for over five years across multiple large scale renovation projects at two different homes. On every occasion Jeff and his Team, including Subcontractors and Suppliers, have acted with the highest level of professionalism and provided options regarding cost and schedule impacts. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone considering any type of project, no matter how large or small. You will not be disappointed and will come to rely on CMCS as I have.

CMCS recently built a home for us. We were very impressed with the final outcome. We had used CMCS for some smaller projects such as kitchen remodel, outdoor kitchen.. When it came time to build our home (6500 sq ft)they were our first call. They were a pleasure to work with and responsive to phone calls and our questions. Even though they did the project in the middle of Covid they navigated the supply chain issues, price fluctuations, and coordinating sub contractors.
