Kamil and his time are responsive, reliable, and perform solid work for a fair price. He has performed or overseen many projects for my organization, and I feel very confident in the work he does and in his vast expertise in all things construction and building-related.
We lost our home to a fire in early December, 1 day after we moved in. The experience of redoing a home we'd never lived in was emotionally exhausting, but Kamil guided us through every step of the process. He was communicative, gave great design advice, and did wonderful work. The finished product is our absolute DREAM home. I would hire Kamil again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him!
As if the pandemic wasn't life-changing enough, a car drove into my living room in September. Once the exterior brick work was finished, Constructive handled the extensive interior renovation—from drywall, painting, installing laminate floors, baseboards, window caulking, electrical issues to re-hanging photos and replacing switchplate covers.
