Multiple attempts to rectify crooked main wall in lounge room. Skirting boards look wavy and linen cupboard trim varies from 8mm to 15mm and finally finishes at 10mm with indentation in plasterboard from failed rectification work. Entrance way walls not square. Chipped kitchen stone work filled with resin evident at pre settlement inspection finally rectified. High end finish -Not. Just finished QBCC appeal process and off to QCAT next.
