Horrible customer service. Poor updates with false information. Do yourself a favor and choose another reporting source to spend your money on. I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks (13 days) to get an update on a project that is listed that hasn't been updated since October 2015. They have projects listed from 2012 with no updates. Come on! They need much better customer service as well!
