I put $30K down on a foundation. I got my permit and they set the start date. After a no show, Marc finally called back and said they can't do it and they filed for bankruptcy. It appears they used me as a bank and didn't tell me or attempt to give my money back. Now I must go through process, find another contractor, pay costs from delays, and I'm out tens of thousands of dollars. This is an expensive lesson to learn. ATTN: Construction WITHOUT Quality – RUN the Other Way Do not hire Williams and Sons — especially Marc Williams, Marc Jr., Marcel, David Williams or Cindi. This was hands-down the worst experience we’ve ever had with a contractor. They clearly had no idea what they were doing. They didn’t know how to pour a footer, left out rebar, skipped grout in the block cavities, and even cut bricks just to hide rebar they placed in the wrong spot — which meant the bricks didn’t fit properly. Marc was very professional, quoted us a fair price, and worked with us to revise his quote when the scope of the project changed. His crew were all polite, skilled, and worked hard to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner. Would recommend highly for a concrete job of any kind.

Bathroom Renovation gone wrong!!! Almost 6 months of waiting for our bathroom (we only did half our bathroom) to be finished correctly. Steve was the project manager who began the project. Everything from start to still not finished was a disaster. Owner had began to correct all the issue that Steve left behind but we have not heard back since 2024.
