I ordered a Granberg rip chain from their website and paid extra for 2-day shipping. They called me a couple minutes later and said I don't live far from them so I wouldn't need to pay extra for that. I was super impressed that they bothered to do that. They made the chain quickly and yes it came in 2 days.
