Sean is all about the work. The basement looks amazing and the quality of the work is undeniable! He even had him and his team do a couple other odds and ends that helped us tremendously! My only critique is he needs a project manager. Sean is straightforward and honest about cost and will never do anything to jeopardize your money or the quality of work, but the communication is inconsistent and we needed to remind him about things multiple times in order to either get a response or to get the information we were looking fo... read more

We’ve been living in our remodeled basement for about 2 months now, and we couldn’t be happier! Sean visited our home in December of ‘24, and it was clear he had expertise around how a good basement ought to be finished AND he had a good ear for listening to what our desires were. Sean and team remodeled our basement a few years ago. Very happy with the quality of work. We never faced any issues post construction! Sean was very responsive when I needed some help to address queries from our buyer as we were putting up the house in the market.

Sean came out to visit and walk the space that we wanted remodeled and he was able to get a quote to us fast and was the only one out of three companies to actually follow up with us. His crews did a great job and we are very happy with the work and attention to detail that they provide. I would recommend using him for your project without question.
