Spencer and his team did an outstanding job converting a game room and pantry into an ADA-accessible bedroom suite in our 125+ year-old home. They had to overcome unlevel floors and ceilings, non-plumb walls, out-of-square everything, and demanding homeowners. They were able to give us a suite that matched the aesthetic we were going for, which was 1930s, as that is when we assume the home was originally plumbed and electrified. My Wife and I..more my Wife were referred to Spencer at Contruction Solutions by a mutual contractor. My Wife wanted to have a Sunroom added to our house. We met with Spence, explained what we wanted, and Spence and his crew exceeded all of our expectations and need. Gave us a time frame which he kept, was always accessible, and most important Honest and Willing to to be of Service. Our sunroom is finished and we look to many days and nights in it!!
