You need the patience of a saint to go with Custom Built. I’m sure they would have built us a stunning home, however their communication is very poor. After many times waiting nearly two weeks for responses to emails I drew the line at nearly three weeks with no response and decided to go elsewhere.
Affordable luxury and great customer service. We have just finished building with custom built new homes and renovations and I can honestly say from start to finish we were engaged on decisions, informed on necessary alterations and great in dealing with our neighbours. CBNH took care of everything and finished our build to a very high standard 6 weeks early
