Rented a pressure washer and trailer, the older man was great, the younger man that looked like a taller version little Enos from smokey and the bandit was great too. The dark haired dude needs an attitude adjustment in the worst way. We explained to him that the pressure washer needed new quick couplers and he said too bad. Gave us a hose that was blown out. A little customer service can go along way
