Tried applying for this place, and they just kept saying the apartment you are applying for has now been taken cause they refuse to hold any spot while you fill out an application or even while you wait for their approval process, we signed an application and paid the application fee but because they didnt change their promotion before we signed they took their time in sending us a link that didn't work for the cosigner and now they want us to pay an even more expensive application fee even though we paid and they refuse to ... read more
Would not rent from them. Maintenance takes days if not weeks, dirty apartment on move in day and terrible management. I had to give 60 days notice. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD.
When my apartment got broken into, they wouldn’t do anything to help. When multiple people in my complex complained about the same neighbor, they wouldn’t do anything to help. When my storage unit and mailbox got repeatedly broken into, you guessed it, they didn’t do anything to help. The lady in the apartment next to me passed away and unfortunately was in the apartment a while after, and the new tenant told me his unit looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned. Will raise your rent in a pandemic and take advantage of you in any other way they can find! Outsourced their emergency maintenance line to a call center that will make you feel worse about your problems and they don't pay the city for trash, teenagers from different random companies come take it instead.
They have scroungy apartments in bad neighborhoods and expect your credit and background to be perfect. I have a great rental history, and income is far more than needed, but they won't even work with us! This says a lot about the owners if they are too rigid to even offer the use of a cosigner or extra deposit. Don't waste your money applying for their apartments! They are probably just collecting the application fees !
