When my apartment got broken into, they wouldn’t do anything to help. When multiple people in my complex complained about the same neighbor, they wouldn’t do anything to help. When my storage unit and mailbox got repeatedly broken into, you guessed it, they didn’t do anything to help. Will raise your rent in a pandemic and take advantage of you in any other way they can find! Outsourced their emergency maintenance line to a call center that will make you feel worse about your problems and they don't pay the city for trash, teenagers from different random companies come take it instead.
They have scroungy apartments in bad neighborhoods and expect your credit and background to be perfect. I have a great rental history, and income is far more than needed, but they won't even work with us! This says a lot about the owners if they are too rigid to even offer the use of a cosigner or extra deposit. Don't waste your money applying for their apartments! They are probably just collecting the application fees !
