We pay for a subscription to this company. Their Weekly report of new permits has been unopenable for a month now and the Powersearch feature has not worked to search for permits either. I have sent multiple emails to their support email and called several times (no one ever answers their phones), with zero response from the company. We are paying for this service, and this is horrible customer service.
Construction Monitor has given us so many leads and is so easy to use. I highly recommend them. Their team is very responsive and professional. Keep up the good work!
