This company has been extremely disappointing to deal with. I purchased a brand-new “standard flow 14–20 GPM Extreme Duty” brush cutter, which had less than 10 hours of total runtime when it failed. The failure occurred when the Parker hydraulic pump failed internally, shedding metal from the pump lobes.
