When we hired Luis he promised us he would treat us 'like family.' He would come late and the workers he hires were very rude, but also incredibly disrespectful of our very old historic home. He refused to listen to our requests and caused hundreds of dollars of electrical and major appliance damage. He will tell you need him for work that is unnecessary. I'm very glad I got a second opinion. Do not let him grift you, he likes to promise free work after he damages your home, but you've already signed a contract. Do yourself ... read more

Had a very bad experience with this company. They showed up 2 hours late to help load up my U-Haul and forgot items that I had asked them to move, ultimately resulting in me hurting my back. My landlord was angry because we weren’t out of the house on time. The next day, Luis told me the only time he could unload the truck was the first job of the day, at 7 am. Absolutely awful. Scheduled day didn’t show or call. I called them and kept saying will show up and didn’t. Called numerous times and kept saying one hour one hour.. never showed. Said would come next day. Again said at 9 then 10 and then stopped answering calls. No response. BEWARE THIS COMPANY. I spoke to Louis over and over. He lied repeatedly. Left a single mother of two kids with NO moving help.
