Jeff has completed multiple (5?) jobs for me and I have found him fantastic. He holds to his original numbers and his people are great. He completes on schedule. We have done bathrooms and complete apartment remodels. I have recommended him to folks that have been very happy after severe exterior repairs (70+ wooden decks). These guys can do big and small jobs. I would highly recommend Construction Expeditors.
The team of Construction Expeditors with Jeff Pinorini did excellent work in repairing and upgrading first 28 and then 15 decks and balconies on two Seattle apartment buildings in 2023 and 2024. They kept on budget and continued the work during sometimes hot weather without interruption in a timely manner. I will gladly hire them back.
Jeff and his team have completed 2 major projects for our Property Management Firm -- both well over $250k, replacing decks / railings on 2 tenant occupied apartment buildings. The entire team was professional, worked with our tenants, cleaned up daily and were just a breeze to work with. Communication was top notch from beginning, progress updates, and final walk thru. Will hire again & highly recommend :)
