I engaged Construction Expeditors to do a complete rehab of a 4-Plex I purchased in 2025. Jeff and his team are very organized and addressed all the multitude of issues in a very timely and professional manner. We encountered some hiccups but I really appreciated the timely communication as I was always aware of these new developments that had to be addressed.
