Absolutely terrible customer experience. From the price change because their website was inaccurate, to terrible communication, to terrible quality product(not their fault, but Trinco from who they wholesale for), to excuse after excuse of why the refund is not being issued, etc. Do not deal with this company. The "support the small guy" just isnt worth it. We're currently out $5500+ and this transaction has been going on for 3 months at this point. GO ELSEWHERE!
