I am setting up a new commercial construction company and was on the hunt for some tools. At first this company seemed great... Good pricing and when I calculated shipping it was free! The $0.00 shipping was one of the main reasons I went with CDS over other companies I was shopping at. The next week after placing my order I received a email from CDS that stated. "Due to a software error, your shipping charge is actually $42.00 please advise if you would like to proceed with the order.".......Pardon? I find it appalling that... read more
Place an order at 10:17 AM, it was shipped the same day and delivered the following day at 2PM. So 28 hours in total and my pool was up and running again! This is a record in my books and much appreciated :)
