We used the services for the design of a JADU and an ADU, from the beginning Elsa was very professional and attentive to our desires on the design. She knew all the rules and regulations surrounding ADU's. She took care of all the paperwork submittal with the city, she informed us when the permit number was up on the webiste and we needed to pay. While the project is in construction, she has been available to answet questions the General contractor has had. I recomend her services 100%.
