When we bought our home in December 2025, one of our biggest dreams was building a deck. We started getting quotes in early spring, but the first came in at $37K (without stairs), and the second was $34K. Those prices were simply beyond our budget and they can only finish around August which was not we wanted. A 5 star rating for Construction Con Dios llc on our deck project. Initially I had Ben give me an estimate to repair the rotting railing on our cedar deck but after some research into the benefits of TimberTech Advanced PVC decking we decided to replace the entire deck. We chose Azek Vintage Cypress for its realistic look and color that is very close to our original cedar deck.
