Beautiful display house but extremely disappointing service, especially from Steve the salesman. My wife and I paid for concept designs and gave clear instructions. We even drew floor plans and made a facade for them to copy. But instead of getting our dream home, it seems Steve was designing his dream home. If you are looking for a custom builder, this is not the right place. ASK THEM TO SEND YOU THEIR DESIGN STANDARDS BECAUSE THEY DON'T CUSTOMISE WHATEVER YOU WANT AS THEY CLAIM 🤦♀️(we asked for it and it was never sent to us). Construction by Design have been amazing and we have been very happy with our forever home. The team of Jo, Nicole, Andrew and Keith were always approachable and pleasant to deal with.
